Information about the Company. An integrated life sciences company offering a complete range of services that underpin its RNA manufacturing platform for the next generation of RNA medicines.
Syngenis Labs Ltd is an integrated life sciences company building sovereign RNA and DNA discovery, manufacturing, and clinical capability in Australia. This centre brings together company information, corporate governance documents, and announcements for interested parties.
Over 21 RNA and DNA medicines have already received FDA approval, treating patients across rare genetic disease, cardiovascular conditions, and metabolic disorders. These include Spinraza (spinal muscular atrophy), Amvuttra (ATTR amyloidosis), Leqvio (high cholesterol), and Onpattro (hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis). This is a proven drug class. The challenges and opportunities now lie in manufacturing capacity, discovery speed, and scale, and that is precisely what Syngenis is built to deliver.
An integrated platform across three significant pillars. It is Australia's only commercial RNA facility, currently generating materials for research grade manufacturing. Its world-class scientific and advisory bench oversights sovereign capability, with the intention of expanding the services offered for clinical-grade materials as well.
Five connected divisions on a single compounding engine, so the value of every discovery becomes integrated across all business systems.
Australia's only commercial RNA facility, onshore, with a world-leading R&D incentive.
Research grade manufacturing is operational and generating revenue now, with GMP targeted for operations from Q2 2027 subject to approvals.
